Return Policy

We understand some items just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free.

We offer a 30 day Exchange and refund policy from the date of order.

If you require a refund. Please use the following steps ,

  • Email us letting us know of your returned item. including Reason of return and order number.

  • Once we have received your notification, We will email you the returns address of which to send to. (Please note returns will be subjected to your own postage handling and costs)

  • As soon as we have received the item and are satisfied with the condition of return, we will issue you a full refund, on the payment card used to purchase the item.

  • We aim to refund you within 14 Days of receiving the returned item

Exchange / Ring Size amendments Policy

We also offer a 30 day Exchange policy.

If you have received your order and are not satisfied with the item and would prefer to exchange to a different item.

PLEASE NOTE EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR THE SAME VALUE OF PURCHASE.

Any exchanges above or below the original value will require a new order to be placed.

If you require an exchange. Please use the following steps,

  1. Email us letting us know of your exchanged item. including Reason of return, order number and name of new item you would like to replace.

  2. Once we have received your notification, We will dispatch the new item including a returns postage kit for you. Please note the postage kit will be prepaid, All that is required is for you to kindly put in the post.

  3. We will then notify you to confirm the return item has arrived.

  4. We aim to Dispatch the new order within 14 days of receiving the exchange email notification

Ring Size Amendments

We understand some ring sizes maybe a slightly smaller or slightly larger than the size guide shown. Please note all our products are handmade and we follow the universal size guide to employ the most close to measurements as possible.

Due to the above reasoning we offer a 30 day FREE ring resizing service, from the date of order.

Please note this service is only available on products bought from our website.

If you have received your order and find the sizing is not quite right.

For ring resizing service use the following steps,

  1. Email us , Please enter the subject as “RING RESIZING SERVICE”

  2. Within your email, Please give the order number and the new size you require.

  3. Once we have received your email, We will email you explaining the next steps to this service.

We aim to provide full customer satisfactory across the board and we understand getting it right can take a few attempts to make the ring size as comfortable as possible.
